I can‘t believe how thoroughly Cora Carmack wrecked me with this book. In Roar, Carmack creates an entire cast of characters that you can‘t help but love, including the antagonists and the minor characters. The entire “squad” of this novel was incredible.

The whirlwind of magic and storm is enriching and encasing in a way that will leave Roar lingering like a storm on the horizon.
