Pickpick

I‘m a sucker for a multi-perspective domestic thriller and this did not disappoint. Two amazing twists lead to the ultimate ending which I felt was perfect for this situation and had me cheering out loud. Stephanie was by far my favorite character! #favoriteline “he‘s using wives like ATM‘s” 🙌🏻 brilliant.

Told by two perspectives side by side is a very eye opening account of a neighborhood confidant and a neighborhood monster. I enjoyed viewing the world from little Liza‘s perspective during the time she spent her summers with a soon to be serial killer. I found her survival of being raised with her mother hopeful. I‘m astounded that is what I will take away from this book. Not the serial killer aspect. We never truly know someone..do we?
