I loved this story... It was written with warmth and heart, not to mention all the amazing desserts and a tender love story.
What a beautiful setting in Vermont for love to blossom, making new friendships, family life and lots of music reminiscent of my younger years.
It made me feel cosy imagining Thanksgiving and Christmas in Vermont and all its beauty.

I love the authors writing style and fell in love with all of the characters... except one.

A beautiful bittersweet story told with humour and alot of heart.

Recently read book: The Huntress by Kate Quinn. A story that moved me... though it was dark, it was an amazing story of strength and courage during the WWII.
