let‘s just start this off by saying that this book blew my expectations out of the water. as an english person, i expected a book written by an american about a british person to be filled with some stereotypes and misused slang. boy was i wrong! the amount of love and research poured into this book is abundantly clear, and it blows my mind how passionate Lee is for her creation. this book is ~500 pages, but i never once felt like it dragged on.
can‘t sleep and i have work tomorrow. hopefully this will chill me out enough to sleep for at least a couple hours
after a rough night of mental health shenanigans, i think a bit of reading on the couch is what i need
hit a few charity shops today, this was one of the ones i picked up. i‘m super excited to start it after i finish the one i‘m on right now!
