Mehso-so

The story revolves on a river where a number of women have been discovered dead at the bottom of the river, either by suicide or by accident. When a single mother was discovered dead at the bottom of the river, followed by a teenage daughter, it became the talk of the town. Their deaths cause havoc with the river and its history, bringing to life long-buried secrets.

jianina.pascual I haven‘t finished the entire book since I'm not really into thrillers but if you like thriller stories that talks about friendship and self-identity then I highly recommend this book to you! 2y
MissYaremcio Thank you for the review Jianina! You were just missing the POV and how it is established. 4/6 2y

Pickpick

As a Spartan fanatic, Liv was devastated when Spartan died. His best friend, Xander, tried a lot of things to console her, but nothing seemed to make Liv feel lively again. Liv decides to create an online campaign to bring Spartan back to life and bribes her best friend Xander to cosplay her hero in exchange for helping him make the outfits for his cosplay. However, as her plan blooms, unexpected incidents occurred.

jianina.pascual The theme of the novel revolves mostly about friendship. This theme is presented in the novel by showing Xander concern about how Liv feels when she's devasted about Spartan's death and helps her to feel somehow better.

If you like books about fandom and friendship, I highly recommend this one, and I am sure you will enjoy it as well!
