Thank you for the gift and goodies @Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks 🥰💕
4.5 stars!
Amazing world building and character development. The ending should be illegal though… I cannot handle this! Highly recommend. #LitsyLoveReads
Quite literally one of the most unique books I‘ve ever read. Heartbreaking yet heartwarming… I loved it. #LitsyLoveReads
Continuing on with ToG and absolutely loved this one! Can‘t wait to dive into Heir of Fire! 🔥 #LitsyLoveReads
The ending was amazing but up until then, the books was pretty meh for me. I didn‘t hate it but definitely have some pet peeves that bothered me while reading. #LitsyLoveReads
I loved this! Inspired by the first female volunteer librarians during World War 1, a role I didn‘t know existed! An amazing story! Highly recommend. #LitsyLoveReads
Our newest foster - meet Amara ♥️ she is as sweet as they come and this girl has never had a home of her own. Fingers crossed she finds her forever soon!
First book of February wrapped up today and I really enjoyed this one! A play on Peter Pan and reminds me of Once Upon A Time but darker & better! Highly recommend 🖤 #LitsyLoveReads
A busy month for me! I‘ve never read this many books in a single month 🥰 feeling excited for what February will bring!
So much #LitsyLove hitting the mail today! 16 letters written and off they go 💌📫
Spent the day getting caught up on opening the mail and dedicating some time to my Litsy friends. Thank you #LitsyLove friends for the birthday cards and gifts! ♥️ it is such a treat to get to open these and know you were thinking about me 🎈🎉
Amazing! I love Katherine Center and literally jumped for joy when I received this ARC. A story of love, friendship, community, and friendship. You‘ll experience tears, laughter, grief and joy all intertwined perfectly. Not to mention, Emma and Charlie are everything! The Rom-Commers will be available June 11th, 2024 and I highly recommend! #LitsyLoveReads
4 ⭐️ I will forever love this series. Louise Penny is exceptionally talented in how she weaves together art, history, poetry, and murder mysteries. Highly recommend! #LitsyLoveReads
5 ⭐️ The Women by Kristin Hannah is an emotional, heart wrenching, powerful read that had me crying more times than I can count. I am very thankful for women of the Vietnam war telling their stories and Kristina Hannah for sharing.
This book is released February 6th, 2024! Thank you NetGalley for this advanced readers copy. #LitsyLoveReads
3 ⭐️ Super cute, easy read that is textbook enemies to lovers. I think I had too high expectations for this read because I loved the Brown Sisters series and this one isn‘t as good. But overall, it‘s still a good read! #LitsyLoveReads
This book is just so dang good! I loved every moment it. Total ACOTAR vibes and makes Greek Mythology interesting! #LitsyLoveReads
I had zero expectations for 2023 but managed to end up with 50 reads! So proud of myself and excited for what 2024 brings 📖🎊♥️
Well Played by Jen DeLuca is a 4 ⭐️ read for me! A perfect way to wrap up 2023 and hit 50 books! It‘s been a few years since I‘ve hit 50 books so it feels good to get back into the reading groove this year. Shooting for 50+ for 2024! #LitsyLoveReads
Absolutely yes! I am seriously obsessed with this read and can‘t wait for the author to publish the next book in this series. #LitsyLoveReads
Our newest foster dog. Meet Molly 🐾 She is an absolute doll!! Available for adoption anywhere in the US & Canada!
I will never say no to Ali Hazelwood. This was sooooo cute and absolutely romantic in its own quirky way. I was obsessed and now wishing I spent my childhood years playing chess ♟️♥️ #LitsyLoveReads
The cutest smut free romance ♥️ I had no idea how the author was going to bring it together in the end but she did and it was perfect. Highly recommend! #LitsyLoveReads
I haven‘t opened it yet but I am so thankful for you @catiewithac ♥️ you are so intentional with our #LitsyLove friendship and always send me sweet surprises even when I‘m slow and very behind with my writing. Can‘t wait to open this gift when we get a little closer to Christmas 🎄🎁
I am over a month behind in posting on Litsy or in writing #LitsyLove but I haven‘t forgotten! Thank you so much @Mimi28 for this sweet gift. I absolutely love these “This book belongs to…” stickers and will be putting them to good use ♥️
Obsessed 😍 #LitsyLoveReads
What an intense listen! Following Blood Sports of the prison system, this dystopian novel expertly portrays how society can detach from the prison system and see prisoners as nothing more than their crimes due for punishment instead of rehabilitation. My only issue was that there were so many characters which made it hard to follow at times. 4⭐️ for me! #litsylovereads
The author states this book is much darker than the first book and that is ABSOLUTELY RIGHT. Harder to read but I also could not put it down. So much pain and healing happening and Sibby is my favorite… I‘m really upset with the author about leaving us in the dark there! 4⭐️ for me! #litsylovereads
I loved it but hated it too? Creepy and eerie but also intimate and full of raw emotion. 4 ⭐️ for me! #litsylovereads
Finished this one up in less than 24 hours and it was absolutely delightful. Charming, witty, tense, yet totally genuine. I honestly loved it 🥹 Highly recommend! #LitsyLoveReads

The ending 😭 so bittersweet. Words cannot articulate how much I recommend The Green Bone Saga! #LitsyLoveReads
A throw back but one that I still think about today! Absolutely loved reading Seven Days in June when I used to follow along with Reese‘s Book Club and it makes me want to start following along with a book club again for 2024. We shall see 😍🤍

I‘ll be honest, at the beginning of this book I was a little like what the heck am I reading? Very detailed and dense with many characters that had me slightly discombobulated. BUT I finally started to connect all the dots and goodness gracious is this book good! Flew through 800 pages like it was nothing and can‘t wait to pick up book two! #LitsyLoveReads

Despite not knowing a single thing about tennis, Carrie Soto Is Back is a phenomenal read. An elite female tennis player fights her way back to the top despite being written off by the tennis world due to being considered “too old” and called a bitch by many others. The audio version is amazing and brings this story to life even more so than just reading. Highly recommend the listen! #LitsyLoveReads
Yikes! I do not take DNF lightly but When Grumpy Met Sunshine was just not for me. Flat and uninteresting banter gave me nothing to be excited about. All I could think about was what book I could be reading instead. So I took that as a sign to DNF and move on. Better luck to the next reader! #LitsyLoveReads
Thank you NetGalley and St Martin‘s Press for this ARC in exchange for an honest review.
Many have been following along and checking in on Foster Jetty‘s time with us… well he is all ready to put his best paw forward because tomorrow he goes to meet his potential forever home 😍
Send us all the good luck!! We are rooting for Jetty to finally find his forever home 🏡

I‘m convinced that Ali Hazelwood can do no wrong when it comes to writing.
Her books and characters are relatable, charming, sexy, funny, witty all while integrating serious notes of emotion and what it‘s like to be a woman in male dominated fields. Love, Theoretically is all those things plus an enemies to lovers, empowering, embrace who you truly are plotline. Highly recommend! #LitsyLoveReads
The Ashes & The Star-Cursed King by Carissa Broadbent
4 ★
Bittersweet is the first thing that comes to mind when reading The Ashes & The Star-Cursed King. Book two picks up immediately where book one left off and is packed with so much emotion and action from start to finish. The character relationships are so raw and real, it‘s impossible not to feel attached.
Spoiler: I‘m not ready for Raihn and Oraya‘s story to end 😭

After missing out on a totally exclusive version of Fourth Wing and being hit with outrageous FOMO, I decided it must not happen again.
I‘ve decided to branch over to #Bookstagram to keep up with all the books and bookish related things. If you are on Bookstagram, feel free to say hi!
3.5 ⭐️
I think I had too high of expectations based on all the 5 star reviews as it wasn‘t really a 5 star book in my opinion. Finlay Donovan Is Killing It was an easy, quick read with a really good ending and some great characters. But I think I missed the charm and comedic relief that so many others enjoyed. #LitsyLoveReads
Rating: 4 ⭐️
I think I had too high expectations for this book as it kept popping up as a recommendation for me based on my most recent reads and boy was it missing a little bit of the spice factor 🌶️
A slower start but once things got moving at about 20%, I found it hard to put the book down! Overall, a solid read for me!
Obsessed. This book is a masterpiece!
Now who can help me get an ARC so I don‘t have to wait until November for the second book to be published?! #LitsyLoveReads
A therapist and a man standing on the edge of a bridge. Beautiful, romantic, painful and emotional. A slow start but worth it to read until the very end. #LitsyLoveReads
TW: Suicide
I adored Secretly Yours by Tessa Bailey but I thought the storyline was just a little rushed and unrealistic.
My favorite Tessa Bailey read? Nope. Honestly, found Wes to be a little cringe worthy but I adored Bethany and Laura. Overall, would say the Hot & Hammered series is a good one but definitely not Tessa Bailey‘s best work. #LitsyLoveReads
This one took me a little longer to get hooked. Possibly because I‘m still feeling a bit of a book hangover from reading Reminders of Him. But once I finally found my reading groove, it was worth every moment! The ending was everything! #LitsyLoveReads
Stayed up until 1 a.m. last night to read this and finished it up first thing today. Obsessed! Colleen Hoover is pure talent. Highly recommend! #LitsyLoveReads
