6/10. I don‘t think I really understood it. Quick and entertaining read though!

10/10. I know this one is controversial. It‘s definitely a bit of a slow burn, but this book was written beautifully & moved me to tears multiple times. I was deeply invested in each character & thought Tartt really highlighted the depth of human nature.

8/10 - The Power was gripping! I found the concept and execution to be unique, but would say that the characters lacked depth. However, the storyline is so enthralling that the lack of character development can be forgiven.

This book is everything you could possibly want. Tremendous detail, beautiful character development and consuming plot. 10/10.
