This was my first try on Agatha Christie's work. I loved the way she creates the whole atmosphere of crime. The whole plot is well set up and this keeps you entertaining throughout. The chapters have been very well organized into facts, evidences, and conclusions. I just can't wait to read another novel of hers😍

This one will surely make you cry.
The story is set in Afghanistan which revolves around two woman Mariam and Laila.
The pain and sacrifices they go through due to the male dominant society is what pictured here basically which makes it a tough read at times.
It's thrilling how an author has a series of climaxes which makes it one of the best reads.

An average book. Self help books are not the kind of genre I usually prefer to read but since the start, Ikigai had got it's own hype I thought of picking up this one for me.

I personally liked chapter 4 and chapter 9 of the book as this involved something practical enough philosophies.

Something to ponder on!
