I‘m well-stocked for the pandemic shut down... How are all of my littens doing? I‘ve been quiet on here lately, because I‘m doing a couple of editorial internships for my program and working on a new novel BUT I thought I‘d better check in. How is it where you are? Doing okay?
melissajayne I‘m in BC and things are shutting down like wildfire; my local library system shut down last night. I‘ve probably have at 2 years worth of books in my place. 5y
LA_Mead @melissajayne good thing you have lots of books! Everything is still shut down here, but I‘m in Ontario so things are still pretty nuts. Are things getting better in BC? 4y
melissajayne @LA_Mead things are getting better; hair salons, restaurants, retail outlets, libraries, etc are starting to open up (with restrictions of course); am spending my time with my parents, who are full time residents at a ski hill about 3 hours from where I normally reside; my work has opened up but only @ half capacity & since I only work when it‘s fully operational (weekends & holidays), I am staying until I can go back regularly 4y
melissajayne @LA_Mead have only let my sister to be within 6 ft but my parents have been visiting with their friends through physical distancing; my dad has even been golfing a few times (most golf courses in B.C. didn‘t fully close during the height of the pandemic in March & April) (edited) 4y
