If you're looking for some solid YA supernatural horror, then this is definitely the book for you. The characters are well-developed and behave in realistic ways, especially the two main teenagers. The ghosts are creepy without distracting from the story. And the bad guys aren't simply black-and-white villains. While there were a few parts of the plot that felt a little slow, this was, overall, a quick, creepy read.
