One of my favourite books about new media. Scott Stratton‘s wording and tone keeps things informative, light, and quite entertaining. His occasional jab at himself, his career, his experiences, and life online and offline in general is refreshing. Keeps thing from feeling too institutional. Highly recommended regardless of experience level with customer service, social or new media.

Gives quite a mainstream advice about the corporate world. I was looking for something deeper. Otherwise, a great book to read. I can't say I didn't enjoy reading it though.
