2/5 ⭐️. Overall a disappointing read. One of my favorite romance themes (unexpected pregnancy/surprise baby) was drowned out by the dull characters and plot. I was in the mood for something light and fluffy, but this one contained no meat at all (I swear that wasn't intended to be a pun!😂)

Carol Ha! Meat! 🍗 Seriously I know what you mean when you're disappointed by a book whose theme would typically guarantee a win. 😕 Maybe next time. 9y

"It never occurred to Justin that Marilee was giving him more than just a bed and a tumble. He didn't know that she'd given her heart." ?
