This is so me right now. And for the last 3 years. And probably for the next 3.
And for a book I DID enjoy! Just finished/still processing. I would recommend this book to anyone who thinks religion is fascinating (though that's only a small piece) something that is quietly feminist but still incredibly powerful. I feel like this is a rereadable book and that sections will be reread over & over by me.
I kind of like the idea of authors and artists being modern day shamans.
I've been on a weird kick with what I'm reading lately. I've been slightly obsessed with King Arthur and the Holy Grail. This book is giving me insane wanderlust and making me want to take my own pilgrimage and find my own dang Holy Grail 😍
