On recommendation from a Brené Brown allusion in Rising Strong. This book is borderline pick for me. I think as an audio, I wasn‘t that fond of the author as the narrator. I can see how Brené gets fuel for her research and inspiration from Harriet Lerner. This book being a decade or two older seems a little dated but still relevant.
