I missed a couple days of #maybookflowers, but I think this one covers both the days I missed. 😊I loved this book when I was a kid--it's about a girl who's obsessed with animals (she imagines everyone around her as various animals) who finds a magic coin that grants wishes. The cover on the right is the one I remember from childhood; the one on the left is my copy now--the only cover I've been able to find (so ugly!). #StartsWithQ #obsession

These were some of my favorites growing up. In fact, it's hard to pick a favorite from among these four... I loved them all so much! I knew "Babe: the Gallant Pig" as "The Sheep-pig" and reeeeeeally resented the movie--I felt like the adaptation got it all wrong. AND they put really lame words to a gorgeous Saint-Saens symphony. ?
