For what it is, it‘s a great book. A lot of case studies that illustrate how past and experience affects the brain and how it can be unraveled and treated in therapy. There were a couple of exercises that you can use, but it is not a practical book. More academic. It was recommended to me in the context of a meditation course and wasn‘t what I was expecting or wanting, TBH.
pgh.femme Ha! Based on that review I shelved it. 🤣😂 7y
