LOVED. L-O-V-E-D. Great for ALL working moms, whether you are just coming back from leave, have been back for years, work in an office, freelance, work at home, or otherwise. Lots of great tips and practical advice for handling maternity leave, obviously, but also TONS of great stuff on parental leave on the whole, spousal/partner relationships, and most impactful to me—paving the way for those who will come after us. Highly recommend.

I seriously love the 4th of July! I think it might be my second favorite holiday (after Christmas, of course). So relaxing and fun and all about good food and drink and family time (at least at our house). Wishing you and yours a very Happy Independence Day! 🇺🇸🍉🌭🍦🍻🙌❤️🇺🇸

Current reads: fiction, audiobook, non-fiction.

If you are a working mom, I highly recommend the tagged book! Practical and uplifting, even if you aren‘t coming back from maternity leave.

This is my second time around for the "fifth trimester", returning to work after maternity leave, and other new baby stuff, so I was already pretty much prepared. But for (working) new moms the first time around, this book is excellent. ????‍?

Equinm What wonderful encouragement ❤️💙 8y

Wrapped this read tonight...filled with advice from working moms about the return to the office ("the 5th trimester"). Marked pages with potentially helpful advice; easily skipped the sections that didn't apply. Author includes a "Going Back to Work Tomorrow" quick reference at the start for even faster review. Smart momma!

Highly recommend for all pregnant and new moms. This is a great mix of honest and motivational anecdotes from women who have successfully gone back to work after having a baby and somehow made it all work. In sum: parenting and working are each hard and both rewarding.
