This is a book I would never have discovered if it hadn't been included in a book box. I was skeptical at first, since books that are described as funny and satirical rarely are, but this collection of short stories contained a surprising amount of really amusing stories! Some were strangely random, but this book is worth reading if only for "Oleron", which was outright amazing.

What a strange collection of short stories! I'm sure there are lots of things to know *about* them, what they're hinting at, what the background is, but I know nothing of Benni or which stories these are satires of. I do know that the one story I didn't like so far was very Bret Easton Ellis:ish! 😛 (All drugs and extreme indifference.) The creepy story I'm reading now is great!
