pickGood morning @Lynnsoprano . While I was putting away my stepson's books I noticed this one. I quickly read it since it seemed like something appropriate for your search for nature books. It is very short and may be considered a younger reading level than what you're looking for, but I loved it. It is about how trees are more than just trees, they make up other creatures around us including trout and even us humans. 🌳🍃🐟🐻

Lynnsoprano Thank you! That looks terrific. And it would fit this coming year's theme. We are having the Washed Ashore exhibit in the garden for six months. It's sculptures made of materials that have been collected from beaches. Oh, now I'm getting all kinds of new ideas! Thanks again. 7y
