This wasn't perfect and showed its age, especially with some of the throw away comments. But it was a fun, fast paced read. I loved Meg Cabots' books in high school and they are still fun now, especially how she takes scenarios like psychic powers or being a medium that happens to regular teenagers.
Just finished When Lightning Strikes the first book in the series 1-800-where-r-you series by Meg Cabot. Fun quick read for me. I have to admit Meg Cabot's books have always been a bit of a guilty pleasure for me. A bit cheesy, full of teenage angst with a side of an awesome (or is it) new superpower. On to the next book of the series to see what Jessica is up to next
Getting some reading done while the dogs enjoy the pretty day. Well Harley just likes to sun himself out on the ramp my mom built for my little dog.
Sitting outside enjoying the really nice weather and I decided to start this book since my kindle needs to charge. I'm working my way through some of my bookshelves this year
