I‘ve been really struggling to connect to this book- but it‘s short and supposedly sweet, so I kept persevering. But then I️ got to the groan worthy line above and just thought, “Nope!” Couple this with confusing narration and less than likable characters, I️ finally bit the bullet and bailed.

Looking at the cover, it's hard to tell this is a romantic comedy. But it is! Kayti McGee writes lighthearted, fun, quick stories with pop culture references and humor. This was perfect to usher me back into reading review books. I read it over a few hours yesterday.
