so-soI enjoyed this book, although it was quite tricky to read at first due to the thick Leeds accent the narrator speaks with. I found myself reading it out loud at times to try to make sense of what the characters were actually saying. The author writes with humor about some fairly bleak situations, but there is an almost poetic style to some of his descriptions as well. Worth a read but definitely requires concentration. Not a fan of the ending.
