After a busy day, she relaxes like I do: with her book!

(TBH, though, I'm not sure how much she's absorbing. She's a good reader but chapter books are a bit beyond. She says she's reading it ok and she's enjoying herself so whatever makes her happy.)

JillR Same here - lots of chapter books started then discarded partway through. But she loves reading, so I go with it 🤷‍♀️ 7y
