It must be “ticked off Tuesday” or something. These are the type of days I️ wish I️ stayed home in bed rolling around in all my books. Please be kind to your customer service people, we don‘t control every situation and cussing us out will not make it happen any faster. Okay, my small rant is over. laurieluna Sorry you've had to deal with that. I think people who believe treating customer service staff like that should get automatic bans from shops. I was always more willing to help those who were polite with their queries and complaints 7y
