#3 in Karen Kingsbury‘s Redemption series. I‘m reading these along with a friend. This one picks up immediately after the second book and is a prodigal son-type story with a major theme of “returning to your first love.” I love these books for their sweetness and hope, and the drama level, which is surprisingly high for inspirational fiction. Just when I think things are good for the Baxter family, another shoe drops. I love it. So discussable.
I haven‘t done a good job reviewing what I‘ve read, so I‘ll apologize now for the overload. I love Karen. And I love this series. I‘m so glad that I have revisited them as I‘ve had time. ❤️ true work of beautiful Christian fiction and I‘m ready for the next one after I‘m finished reading for our book club.
