In her author's note, Noelle Adams describes this series as contemporary romance where the characters are religious, as opposed to inspirational romance. That explains why there's more sex and profanity than I expect from religious fiction!
Her books are great, too. I love how these protagonists negotiate their new marriage and develop their loving instincts. Also, the heroine has a dog. Everything's better with a dog! #romantsy
I finally got to eat at Cafe Bliss, a vegan joint that's been on my radar for over two years. I had their delicious warm açai chia bowl and what must've been half a litre of tea while I zoomed through MARRIED FOR CHRISTMAS.
I had an early, early breakfast with what I'm pretty sure is the penultimate holiday romance in my stash. #romantsy
Last night I set out to knock a digital freebie or two off la TBR, but I loved A FAMILY FOR CHRISTMAS by Noelle Adams so much that I had to see what else she's got.
The answer is, "tons of stuff, including five books that're currently free." So my TBR reduction plan has officially backfired.
