●Books- 1.5 out of 8
●Junk Food- On target, weekend out of 7 days
●Meditation- Downright disaster this one, will try to make it up in next weeks
●Cardio- I'm very proud of myself to overachieve the target
●Yoga- 2 out of 3 days but I'll complete the target next week
