...I was pleased to have my mother lead me through those shelves and see the pleasure it conferred on her when she told me, contemplatively, 'Yes, now you're old enough to read Jane Austen.'

I was looking at my shelves this morning when I realized that I have a lot of lavender books! This is just a sample. I have tons more! I‘ve always said I love green, but didn‘t realize how much I‘ve always been drawn to lighter shades of purple!
