pickDark magic, shapeshifters, loyalty and betrayal: the first volume of this #graphicnovel fantasy series is as beautiful as it is confounding. Such gorgeous art! So many questions! I‘m not sure what‘s going on, but I definitely want more. It‘s not quite like anything else I‘ve read, but certain elements remind me of series like: Monstress; The Girl from the Other Side; and Pretty Deadly.
An intriguing premise: a queen who‘s in the body of a tiger, travelling incognito with her female Captain of the Guard.
