so-soI read this years ago but remembered little. It makes more sense after the first book.
Sam‘s sister Alice has been living on the mountain, but one day she disappears. Sam follows her tracks and also finds an illegal falconry ring, who have stolen his Peregrine falcon Frightful.
Lots of elements here, a little too much for the story.
