Book 14 #cozyinthesun @Librarybelle @ferskner This book is another one that kept popping up on my recommendations lists so I tried it. I did not solve the murder. This cozy stood out from other cozy‘s because she did not know the detectives and they were not forth coming with info making it harder for her to solve. Only thing missing was a cat or dog. Loved the history of apples and recipes at end. Will definitely read the rest of series 👇

TEArificbooks Didn‘t have the ingredients for apple muffins so I settled for apple cinnamon oatmeal with brown sugar and a little curl of butter and cinnamon apple hot tea. Even though it set in January, it put me in the mode for Autumn. We always pick apples in the Autumn. 4y
Librarybelle I have this one as part of #bookspinbingo ...I won‘t get to it this month, but your review makes me want to bump this series up on my tbr list. 4y
SamanthaMarie I really love the first 9 or so of this series!!! (I would have to check my reviews.) At some point it takes a terrible turn and becomes 1 and 2 stars for me. But the beginning and middle books are 😍😍😍 4y
ferskner I LOVE apple picking (although I never actually pick the apples myself, haha!). 4y

So I read (devoured, let's be honest) this tonight and although it didn't totally wow me like the one I read earlier today, this first in series cozy was still compelling, well written, and had me questioning whodunnit for most of the book. AND it's about this apple orchard, which makes ya homegirl from upstate New York (aka the nation's best apple growing region don't @ me) absolutely TICKLED with glee. 👁💛🍎 #ilovecozies #andapples #bye
