Another reviewer compared it to The Preppy Handbook. That seems about right to me. I‘m glad that I borrowed this, that it‘s *really* short, and that I read it vs. automatically buying it as a gift to others. It was amusing enough under those circumstances. Bottom line—having some recovery time in one‘s own home, with snacks and wearing comfy clothes (with or without alcohol) is an acceptable form of self-care.

Mildly humorous. I‘m not sure if this is supposed to be a parody of self-help books, or if getting drunk alone in your underwear is a regular Finnish mental health practice. Moderation is emphasized, but I couldn‘t let go of my skepticism, and my belief that alcoholism is not funny. The #audiobook is only about 2 hours long, so I stuck it out.

Pickpick

This was a quick one-sitting book that was very enjoyable. It was a fun take on self-care and how it's not always the picturesque pinterest board of $10,000 sofas and fancy espresso. Not everyone can afford that the luxury of Instagram chic relaxation.
Sometimes, it's getting home from work, taking your pants off, having a beer, and eating junk food.
Would recommend this short read.
