Years ago, I made the Jericalla (Cinnamon Egg Custard) one night. This wasn‘t my first time making a custard and I was eager to try this. I used several sticks of cinnamon instead of just the one. It was AMAZING. Today, I decided to do it again, but this time, I used a homemade apple pie spice blend instead of cinnamon sticks. Omg it smells amazing!!!
