I read this a few years ago for a literature course. I didn‘t get much out of it then other than that it‘s considered feminist because it detaches the characters from gender, and I read it with a queer reading. I thought I‘d get more out of a second reading, but I didn‘t. It‘s such a bizarre book with the time bending & focus on events I couldn‘t decide if were metaphorically happening or happening. Love the gender fluidity. #Classic #GenderFluid
