Came up as a free Kindle Unlimited read. I started a few pages just to check it out and ended up finishing it like a bag of potato chips.

Maybe it‘s because this is the fourth in a row of Evanovich‘s romance novels I‘ve read within a week, but this story seemed to have a few too many holes and inconsistencies. Good thing I‘m done with my project (I needed a bit of distraction) and will have more energy again for something a little more engaging☺️

LittleBug @LibrarianRyan I think I‘m the same😊 I tend to switch a lot between authors and genres, so it doesn‘t happen too often. But when it does, it‘s often with easy reads, that I‘m binge reading because I have too much on my mind for an engaging read. The trick is to figure when to stop...🤨😉 6y
