Pickpick

Another good book in the Charles Paris series, a struggling actor but a good amateur detective in his own right. An intriguing character.

3rd book finished for August.

Tove_Reads Unfamiliar with this one 2y
Andrew65 They are quite short books and BBC Radio have done some great dramatisations of them over the years. 2y

Time to start a new audiobook with the tagged book, the third book in the Charles Paris Series. Always enjoyable reads.

Not bad. The radio adaptations with Bill Nighy are better.

BethM Welcome! What is this? I love Bill Nye 💕 5y
latepaul @BethM it's Bill Nighy the actor, not Bill Nye. I think I initially put “Nye“ by mistake but corrected it.

There are several BBC Radio adaptations of this series of books. I came to the books having heard and enjoyed the radio shows. The books so far - only read the first three - are so-so mysteries. Maybe just not my thing.
