@Avanders you are too kind friend! Having a high anxiety day only to find this lovely early birthday present outside my door :) Littens are the best people ever.

Thanks @Mommamanzi ! I love our #cbbc group so much!
I liked this one, and the killer was not immediately obvious. The setting lacked a bit for me as it seemed secondary to the characters. Not quite as developed as I‘m used to for cozies, but I‘ll give book two a shot. It did talk about a reader convention and I sorely miss the one that used to happen in WI.
The only approved US marian apparition is about 2 hours from me and I had no idea. This was a great, engaging, quick read. A lot about the history of the area, the people, and the subsequent school/convent. I found it very interesting from a historical view too.
1- routinely with the husband for non monetary items. My biggest flex was one year on the NFL draft and I got to spend a fleet farm gift card we had. I got some chocolate and a new loaf pan out of it 😂
2- love the tagged series
#two4tuesday
You guys I was literally laughing out loud reading this tonight. Wes had zero idea why it was funny 😂
This quote just leapt off the page at me. Love it. #readingwesteros
Listening to this one at work yesterday and she mentions Trixie Belden and Cherry Ames - makes my heart happy! Then last night I find out there‘s a Bob White group on Litsy!
Ever get to the point as a mom/wife that you‘re so overstimulated you actually end up in a bad mood?😂 tea and a book to the rescue. This book intrigues me as you can only buy it as part of an old school book club subscription. Trying to see if it worth it to go back to the library bookstore for more.
Met this lovely author at the library book store. I‘d read her autobiography, she‘s had quite a life and was a wonderful human!
Library store haul. I‘m STOKED for the bbc Narnia. I watched them as kids!
@Jas16 thank you so much my friend! I totally read regency. Funny thing- my mom highly regulated tv but in late elementary/early middle when I surpassed reading levels she handed me sex on the page regency 😂🤦♀️
We‘re back baby! #cbbc #coffeebeanbookclub
@Captivatedbybooks I‘ll mail yours (and #lmpbc) on Monday. We just got back from up north.
I love this setting- a year round Christmas town. This one definitely lived up to the name of a cozy mystery- all the warm Christmas feels.
1- I‘ve loved Isabella since I was little. Interestingly though it was not on my name list if we had a girl.
2- this trilogy has an Elspeth and a Talia both of which I love.
#two4tuesday
Well fellow Littens- we have no more driveway 🤷♀️🤦♀️ I‘m going to go read 😂
So happy to be back with #readingwesteros ! Come join us!
I got kicked in the teeth with some sinus respiratory combo at 11p Monday night 😂 Wes usually gets a half hour of books a night but I could only breathe through one until tonight. So every night he‘s been “reading” to me to make me feel better ❤️
Check out this beauty! Share and tag @KateReadsYA then comment on her post your most anticipated release! (Mine is the tagged book)
Is there any answer other than Arthur Weasley? #sundayfunday
Any swaps happening? I missed StaycationinTime.
This series is so good! I didn‘t even figure out the twist. Highly recommend.
Easily my least favorite, though still a pick. You can tell this is where he got popular and let the story start to wander. #readingwesteros resumes 6/14!
We‘re in vacation in Canada (with the munchkin 🙃) so I‘m a bit late.
1- never ruined but Witch of Blackbird Pond was well loved.
2- oof- idk. I grew up a reader so most of my formative phases were much younger.
3- Potter, Twilight, or Princess diaries
Posted on Facebook fyi!
Another fantastic installment that I stayed up way too late for! At the point I hit 79% I was like well- we‘re going for it.😂
1- not unusual here but I regularly get a hard time for my vocabulary 😂 I once argued with my supervisor about the correct use of tumultuous 🤷♀️
2- all of Game of Thrones or HP 😂
#two4tuesday @TheSpineView
1- my son‘s laugh
2- stumbles across a delicious granola
3- found a great romance book
4- found someone to fix my rosaries
5- iced coffee
#two4tuesday
1- Disorderly Conduct
2- book 2 in that series and Feast of Crows
Tagging @peaKnit @Kshakal @TheSpineView @JenReadsAlot
Holy cow was this good! I stayed up past 11 with a migraine to finish it 😂 Spunky, self saving heroine, hot guys, the works. 5⭐️
1- more rural the better
2- I want to live in the middle of nowhere lol. #two4tuesday @TheSpineView
I apparently finished exactly ONE book in March, so I‘m stealing storm of swords which I finished in early April. #readingbracket2024 @CSeydel
This was absolutely zany and not at all what I thought I was getting. It read really fast for the length, but could easily have been shortened. Very formulaic, but engaging. Not bad. #lmpbc
This was super cute, fun, and fast! Been in a bit of a slump and this was a good palate cleaner.
This came highly suggested in a Google search. While I‘ve reconnected with my faith, That wasn‘t the draw. Just trying to learn to be a more present, less anxious and triggered mom. Just out here trying to break generational trauma- no easy task. This was honestly only ok. Pretty mediocre as parenting books go.
Better late than never? #two4tuesday
1- What is sleep? (PS normal sleeping kids aren‘t real) 😂
2- gosh I loved this book!
Sooo good! Love my #readingwesteros crew! Best way to read these! We‘re back with A Feast of Crows on 4/22!
Yup! #readingwesteros
1- both, though if I can wait for paperback I will just bc of cost.
2- always fiction
3-either just no WW2
4- recent, I usually find “classics” boring.
5- coffee in the am, tea whenever
6- both though I tend toward physical
7- both, I need to be surrounded by books
#wonderouswednesday tagging: @Avanders @Mommamanzi @Captivatedbybooks @Chrissyreadit
#two4tuesday thanks for the tags @Kshakal @TheSpineView
1- unsure I‘m a total mood reader
2- I have an indie romcom on preorder
Happy Easter to all who celebrate! Happy Sunday otherwise :)
@Kar2b I have no words- it‘s so perfect! I love Riddles Tea Shoppe tea! That‘s going to be my new work pen- is spectacular! You see my kiddo trying to steal the gummies and telling me it‘s important to share 😂#foundfamilyswap @KateReadsYA
Check out this wrapping! #foundfamilyswap
