I met Alanah Andrews at a book festival earlier this year and she convinced me to buy her book (I asked her to convince me, so it was definitely consensual). She was nice, and her book is amazing!! I don't think it has a big release and might not be available outside Australia, but it's wonderful and you should read it if you can.

I read the prequel to this: THE HARVEST! I absolutely love the topic of discovery in this prequel...the author was inspired by the human suppression of emotion and lack of genuine vulnerability. I ate this up!
