This was much better than I was expecting it to be. Likely written for ages 12 to 14 it doesn't talk down to the intended audience. It had a really engaging story line. It does have both a happy ending and a cliffhanger. Fortunately I have book 2 already waiting in the wings. (Pun intended.) And yes, I did buy them because of the covers.

Picked these up at a resale shop. The covers caught me in their clever little snare. My favorite pegasus was also a unicorn named Gaudior. Extra points if you can name the book he was in. Also, I regret nothing.

When Pegasus lands on Emily Jacobs' rooftop, her life changes forever. This is a five star book. I've been re-reading it, but it gets darker as the books continue. It's the roman names, but it doesn't change anything.
