pickA great conclusion to the Doon series! At times I was laughing out loud, at other times I was reading through misty eyes. I appreciated the character development and we hear from all four main characters' POV whichI felt was done really well. The voices were distinct and the sections flowed together seamlessly. My only qualm was that the authors take us to a place of utter despair and then suddenly everything starts working out. Overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
pickIt‘s a story of adventure and fantasy, suspense and romance, humor and heartbreak, guaranteed to keep readers turning pages as quickly as possible to discover the ultimate fate of Veronica, Mackenna, and Doon - this I know from experience; I so enjoyed this last Doon book. Without hesitation, I can recommend it (really, the whole series) to fans of romance, adventure, and fantasy. (I received a copy of the book in exchange for an honest review.)
Picked up this gorgeous ARC at BookCon and cannot wait to see how this series ends! Doon has become one of my favorite YA series and the authors are so friendly and fun too!
