As she uses her survival skills to stay alive, the story has the makings of a fun (though predictable) YA thriller. Yet, over and over, she thinks about her ex-boyfriend—how he acted like a jerk, but is really a good guy—and hopes for him to rescue her. I rolled my eyes a lot.
so-soSummoned to restore order in a castle, Jack and Annie take another magical adventure to Camelot. It‘s a decent, but very quick story and made me nostalgic for childhood reading.
