This takes some time getting there.
But eventually, Bell tells a hopeful story of making a biracial relationship work despite the systemic racism latent in his wife‘s grandfather. It takes some work on both ends. But in a gloomy time in our society, it was really uplifting to hear that given a little effort, we can reach other.
