Today, I‘m sharing my reading progress for the book I‘m currently reading. This book was written from the perspective of 2 children living in a homeless shelter. I‘m enjoying this book so far.

My #libraryhold from Libby just came in. This is another book I won from a Goodreads giveaway but I‘m going to listen to it on audio.

Here‘s my review for a book I bailed on. This is the first time I‘ve ever bailed on an audiobook from Libby. I‘m disappointed because this book sounded really good to me.
Here‘s my review for a book I just finished reading.
I just started this book. It‘s interesting so far. I‘m going to read this book for #theunreadshelfproject. February‘s prompt is Courage. This book is going to attempt to answer a difficult question which is,”Why does God allow suffering?” I‘ve been wanting to read this book for awhile because it‘s something I‘ve been curious about but I‘m intimidated by the subject matter. I was close to unhauling this book because of the subject matter.
Today, I‘m sharing a spreadsheet I made of my book series that I need to finish. I haven‘t started any new series. There‘s 67 series on here. The Harry Potter series was on this spreadsheet before and I finished that series this year so I deleted that one off my spreadsheet. I feel really good about that. If I can‘t find the books in a series to read then I‘ll delete the series off of my spreadsheet.
Here‘s how I did on #theunreadshelfproject in January. For the Comfort prompt, I read the final book in the Harry Potter series and completed this series for the first time ever. I found this series very comforting. I had to reread the first book in 2022 so I could continue with the series and finish it. I feel really good about finishing another series. My goal is to finish book series that I‘ve started.
Here‘s how I did on the Pages Challenge from The StoryGraph. I participated in this challenge for the first time ever and I feel like it motivated me to read every day. I also really liked filling in this graphic after every reading session. Seeing it filled in is very satisfying. I didn‘t read anything the last 2 days of the month because I wanted to take a break from reading for awhile.
Here‘s all the books I read and DNF‘d in January. The other book I should have DNF‘d was Balcony Of Fog but I didn‘t. I had a feeling I wouldn‘t like it but I forced myself to finish it and I didn‘t like it that much. This is the first time I‘ve DNF‘d 3 books in a month. I like to finish every book I start. I don‘t like to bail on books. This year, I want to start bailing on books more often but only if I‘m not enjoying them.
I placed a hold for this book on Libby. I won a physical ARC of this book from a Goodreads giveaway but I want to listen to this book on audio. I‘m just waiting for my hold to come in. I pulled the book off my bookshelf and read the first chapter. I don‘t know what to think about the first chapter but I still want to read this book. It sounds interesting but I don‘t know if I‘m going to like it or not.

I‘m sharing some books I ordered online December 27, 2022 from Books A Million during their Buy 2, Get 3 Free sale. I haven‘t heard about any of these books but I‘m looking forward to reading them.
📚The Antarctica Of Love, The Midnight Club - I received these books on January 4, 2023.
📚If He Had Been With Me - I received this book in the mail today because it was put on backorder.
I decided to start this book tonight. I own a physical copy of this book but I‘m listening to it on audio. I like it so far.
I read the first chapter of both of these books last night and I‘ve decided to unhaul them. I didn‘t like the writing style in the first chapters of both books. I‘ve had these books on my shelf since 2018 and I‘ve never been in the mood to read them. I‘m not interested in reading them anymore. I‘m disappointed because these books sounded good when I bought them.

I decided to start this book tonight. I won this book from a Goodreads giveaway but I decided to listen to this book on audio. So far, I‘m not feeling emotionally invested in the story and I don‘t know what to think about the writing style even though the chapters are short. This book is kind of sad but I want to give it more time before I decide to DNF it.
Here‘s my review for a book I just finished reading.
I decided to start this book tonight after bailing on the other book I was reading. I‘m enjoying it so far.
I decided to start this book. I took this book and 3 other books off my bookshelf and read 1 chapter from each of them and I ended up choosing this one. It‘s a retelling of Jesus‘s life. It asks the question,”How would people react if Jesus came back today?” I like it so far. It‘s the first book in a series and I don‘t want to start another series right now but if I don‘t like it, I won‘t read the other books in the series.
I‘m sharing my reading progress for a book I started last night. I won this book from an iPad giveaway that I entered on Book Riot. I didn‘t win an iPad but I was sent this book. I‘m reading it on the TooFar Media app because of the interactive elements that the app provides. I like the videos that I‘ve seen but I‘m so confused about what‘s going on in the book. I‘ve read 100 pgs but I‘m going to finish this book so I can find out how it ends.
Today, I‘m sharing a book I ordered online from Books A Million on December 27, 2022. I‘ve never shopped with BAM before. I received this book in the mail yesterday. It has a beautiful front and back cover and beautiful artwork inside. I‘ve never read this book so I don‘t know if it has mermaids in it or not but the book cover is making me think that. I like mermaids.
Here‘s my review for the book I just finished reading.
I‘m almost finished with Harry Potter: A History Of Magic. I have 37 minutes left in the audiobook but I‘ll finish it later. I‘m going to stop listening for tonight. I‘ve been listening all night but I need to get some sleep.
This is the book I‘m reading right now. It‘s really interesting. I‘m also borrowing the ebook from Kindle Unlimited so I can look at the illustrations. I‘m going to look at the illustrations in the ebook after I finish the audiobook. I tried looking at the illustrations in the ebook while listening to the audiobook so I could follow along but I couldn‘t keep up because the audiobook is structured differently than the ebook.
Here‘s my review for a book I just finished listening to.

Today, I‘m sharing a photo collage of the books I chose when I was still subscribed to #amazonfirstreads. I have 49 books. I had to look up the books I chose because I didn‘t remember. I subscribed in 2019 and I unsubscribed this month because I wasn‘t reading the books I picked but I just realized that I read 1 of them. I read The Wedding Game by Meghan Quinn and I enjoyed it but I forgot that I picked it.
Here‘s my review for a book I finished reading today. I started it last night at 2 AM and finished it at 5:25 PM this afternoon.
I‘m an Amazon Prime member and I‘ve decided to unsubscribe from #amazonfirstreads. I picked out 2 ebooks for this month. I unsubscribed from this program last night because I realized that I‘ve been picking out books to read from this program every month but I haven‘t been reading them and I feel bad about it because I want to read them. When I‘ve read the books I picked out, I‘ll subscribe again.
I ordered a bookish candle from Frostbeard Studio. I‘ve never bought a bookish candle before. It smells really good. I‘m looking forward to burning it. I like that it says To Be Read on it. I can relate to it because I have a To Be Read list and it grows every year.
Here‘s my review for the book I just finished reading.
Tonight, I‘m sharing my reading progress for the book I‘m currently reading. I listened to 2 chapters. I listened to chapters 31 and 32. I stopped on chapter 33. Now, I have 2 hours left in this audiobook.
I listened to 5 chapters in Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows today. I listened to chapters 26 through 30 and I stopped on chapter 31. I have 4 hours left in the audiobook.
I‘ve been listening to Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows every day this week even if it‘s only been 3 chapters a day and other days, I‘ve listened to 5 or 6 chapters. This afternoon, I listened to 3 chapters. I listened to chapters 23 through 25. I stopped on chapter 26. I have 6 hrs left in the audiobook. It‘s very satisfying filling this graphic in after reading my book every day and just seeing my progress.
I‘m sharing this picture from Goodwill Librarian‘s Instagram account and it‘s true. I‘m not laughing about it but I‘m telling myself this. I said that I‘m putting myself on a book buying ban this year so I can read what I own. I‘ll just see how it goes.
For #theunreadshelfproject, I‘m sharing my 2 death piles. My 2 death piles are my 2 bookshelves. My bookshelves are where all my books go to die. When I buy new books, I say that I‘m going to read them and then I don‘t read them. I want to focus on reading my physical TBR this year because I have a lot of books. I‘m sure I can find audiobooks for a lot of these books on Libby or Scribd but if I can‘t then I‘ll just read them physically.
I got a lot of reading done today. I listened to chapters 12 through 19. I stopped on chapter 20. I have 11 hours left in the audiobook for Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows. I‘m going to take a break from reading for the rest of the night and I‘ll pick up where I left off tomorrow.
Bookstr shared this on their Instagram account and I wanted to share it here because it‘s true. I feel like I buy books faster than I can read them so for 2023, I‘m putting myself on a book buying ban so I can focus on reading what I own. I noticed that I can go without buying books for awhile and then I start buying again. I‘ve also noticed that I don‘t buy books when I‘m using Libby so I‘m going to use Libby instead of book buying.
I decided to join this reading challenge on The StoryGraph. I figured this might be another fun way to track my reading progress since I like sharing my reading progress. I‘m off to a good start so far.
Here‘s my #goodreadsreadingchallenge for 2023. I set it to 1 book because I want to be kind to myself. I don‘t want to put pressure on myself to read a lot but I could end up reading more than that. It just depends on if I feel like reading or not. I‘ll just see how it goes this year.
