Panpan

Words that come to mind about this novel: RUSHED, underdeveloped, one-tone, PREDICTABLE. The characters are flat and transparent. When she wants you to dislike a character she makes them so despicable; unrealistic. The big plot is basically jammed in to the last 50 pages with fluff in between. No.

I had to read this line a couple of times. "Barbara is clipped, 'hello?'" Wtf?? Clearly meant to be "Barbara's." So far this book isn't very impressive on many levels.

Do I like it or hate it when I find a mistake in a novel?

KariAnderson Same here. It makes me feel good to find it, but I hate it made it in the book. 8y
Lottiesbookshelf I can't see the error here! But yes I totally feel the same with errors! 8y
UltraVioletRosie @Lottiesbookshelf She forgot her close quotes at the end of the dialogue! 8y

A great night to start a new novel. Complete with booklight, and a sleeping bag on my brother's futon. Can always throw in some reading time during family visits! Anyone read this one?
