Now that I can put weight on my foot again it‘s time to fill my freezer back up after not cooking anything fresh for three weeks. This cookbook is my go-to for ideas. On the agenda for the weekend: tandoori chicken, spicy taco lasagna, spicy shrimp and tomatoes, zesty Italian melts, bacon and spinach quiche, Chile and sausage oven frittata, and zucchini muffins. This book has kept me organized and my family fed on many occasions!
