Apparently in need of yellow with pastels on this drizzly day. #nonfictionstreak

Mehso-so

I did enjoy reading this book, but it didn't hold my interest the way I'd hoped. Still, interesting to glimpse inside these two fandoms. I'd actually rate this as so-so and a half due to the entertainment value of the subject matter, even though the writing didn't hold me.

I am enjoying learning about the subcultures surrounding the fans of Phish and Insane Clown Posse. As a music fangirl myself, with a longstanding interest in subcultures, this book is right up my alley.
