Heart of Ice | 
pickI love when you get a book that delivers exactly what was promised. I wanted a good urban fantasy with a little more romance and a bit more magic and this book delivered and then some. I loved both characters and raced through this book. Now I am off to read the series this spun-off from (8 books!) - it does work as a standalone, but spoilers beware.
