Every Last Breath picks up seconds after the jaw dropping ending of Stone Cold Touch. This was filled with a lot of feels. I felt sadness, happiness, and fear. This was an amazing conclusion of Layla‘s story. The romance was done well. The action was great. Both Layla, Roth, and Zayne had a lot of growth throughout the series. This was just amazing.

Some of these moments were a little too "mushy" for me. It's not the author, it's me. I don't go for that. Apparently certain creatures are sickeningly sappy when they fall in love. The second book in the series was the best by far. Also, every character "snorts" in this book. I was starting to think they were all warthogs! I still can't wait to read Storm and Fury because I'm really attached to the gargoyles and demons in general.

From last Sunday to now, I finally finished reading “Every Last Breath” & it was a good book. Would recommend to everyone.
