Four years ago, 19-year-old Travis made a choice: to raise his newborn daughter on his own. While his friends were partying, Travis was at home, worrying about keeping food on the table. So far he's kept her safe and never regretted his decision for a second. But now he's lost his job, his home and the money in his wallet is all he has.

Pickpick

I like Diane Chamberlain in general. She always has a good, complex story that will keep the interest. This one was really well put together and the characters were very heartfelt and genuine. There was some suspense and it really added to the story. I definitely enjoyed this book a lot.

Haven't read this one, but from the blurb it seems to be about a dad with good intentions. Perfect for #fathers #junebookbugs

Fall afternoon in my office. Remembering my dad as I drink tea out of this cute little pot & cup he once gave me -- just for a surprise.
