Wall of Nova
Wall of Nova | Corinn a Hester
1 post | 1 read
When Casey's family moves her two thousand miles away from home, all she wants is to keep her head down at her new school. Knowing her parents will never accept her and after her former friends booted her from their lives, Casey knows she can't let her secret slip again. That is until Nova, a rebellious out-and-proud force to be reckoned with befriends Casey on her first day at MLK High. Nova's everything Casey has been taught to avoid, but Casey is immediately drawn to her and her unapologetic personality. Casey is thrown into a world she never expected to be a part of with someone she never expected to know, but with this life also comes consequences she never expected.

Overall 5 stars

A sweet LGBTQ+ story about love and acceptance. I really enjoyed the characters and the plot. This book has not one, but two LGBTQ+ relationships. One is Lesbians and the other is a character who uses they/them pronouns. I enjoyed the diversity of the characters.

Warning
This has themes of Homophobia. It is done well but I feel a reader should know going on.
